Important reminder:
Please DO NOT arrive at camp before 9:00 or 3:45. All of our volunteers are busy with activities and are not available to direct parking beforehand. Tomorrow we will turn away any cars that arrive early. If we turn you away please do not harass my amazing gate keeper. She works hard at camp all day and is making it possible for the rest of us to do our jobs too.
Wow! What a day! It was a full of making new friends and new discoveries! We had too many fun things going on to show them all but here is a little peek into our day...
In Unit F they come, they cook, they eat!
Unit G did Animal Discoveries!
The LIA (Leader in Action) Unit did an amazing time leading their Brownie groups and really earned their afternoon break!Unit B roasted marshmallows and made s'mores! Yum!Unit A had a very busy day! They learned about porcupines and possums and still had time for parachute play! I promise they also do things that don't start with "P".Does your camper talk about "Boondoggling"? Do you ever wonder what they are talking about? If so, look below to see Roly Poly teaching a camper to Boondoggle!We put all your water to good use today! Unit E had a blast!Don't we have the most amazing CAs?!?! I feel so fortunate to have so many amazing teens at camp! These are just a few...Unit H enjoyed Animal Discoveries today!And then they did the closing flag ceremony too!I couldn't get to every unit today but I will keep snapping photos and updating the blog so keep checking here each day after 7:00.
