The day has finally arrived! Please use the link below to print out the registration forms. There are TWO forms for each camper. You will need both the Registration Form and the Camper Release Form and full payment to be considered "registered for camp" (a total of three pages).Adults, PAs, and PAITs do not need the camper release form, but they must have a Registration Form.
