The gate will open for parking at 3:45. We will begin the program at 4:15. Please be patient as we try to get everyone parked. The more people who carpool the easier this will be! After you have parked please locate your daughter’s unit and hang out with them until the program begins.
The cost of the barbeque is $3 per person. This will be collected at the “door”. Checks should be written to Valley Day Camp.
If you are not able to attend the Barbeque tomorrow you will need to pick your camper up at 4:00. Our parking assistants will show you where to park and you will need to walk down to camp to get your camper and sign them out.
We will be collecting food for local food banks. Please bring your donations tomorrow and Friday.
