Registration Begins............Now!

The day has finally arrived!

You will find our registration forms at the link below. There are TWO forms for each camper. You will need the Registration Form, the Camper Release Form, and full payment before we will begin processing your registration. (Please note that the registration form is two pages, don't forget the second page).
Adults, PAs, and PAITs do not need the camper release form, but they must have a Registration Form.

This year you may order additional camp shirts for $7 but they are only available with your initial registration.

Important Details:
Camp Dates are June 21st -25th at Lake Loutsis
Camp runs from 9:30-4:00 (for campers)
Cost for Campers is $100
Cost for PA training is $100
Cost for PAs who have already finished PA training is $50
Cost for LITs is $50
Children of Full Time Volunteers receive a 50% discount
We have a Boys Unit (K-6th grades) for the sons of full time staff.

Registration is processed on a first come, first served basis. Your registration will NOT be processed until it is complete. Registration deadline is May 1st or when the appropriate unit fills, whichever comes first.

Cancellations must be in writing to the email below. Refunds will only be given to campers who withdraw before May 1st.

Checks should be made out to Valley Day Camp.

Registration will run slightly differently this year. When we receive your registration we will notify you that we have received it. We will email you again on April 1st to let you know the status of your camper’s registration. We are making this change in an attempt to serve the maximum number of girls possible. It pains us to have to turn girls away! But, we have to be positive that we enough full time camp staff to maintain our high program standards.
