Our bus will begin loading up at Safeway at 3:00. The first run will leave by 3:15. It will continue to loop to and from camp until 4:00.
The Flag Ceremony (by Unit G) will be at 4:00. This will be followed by songs and skits. The program should end around 4:45 and we will begin serving food.
The bus will begin returning to Safeway beginning at 5:00. We realize this is only 15 minutes after we begin serving food but we want to make sure that people who have other evening activities are able to get back to their cars efficiently. The bus will continue to loop to and from Safeway until 6:15.
If you and your camper are NOT attending the program or barbeque you will still need to park at Safeway and ride the bus to camp. You can then pick up your camper and then ride the bus back to Safeway. Please be aware that the bus will only run until 4:00 so you will need to be at Safeway before 4:00 to pick up your camper.
The cost of the Barbeque is $3 per person.
