Camp starts at 9:30. Please arrive between 9:10-9:20.
Camp ends at 4:00. Please arrive between 3:45-4:00.
We have a very limited amount of space to line up cars so please, please, please car pool as much as possible!
We only release campers to people who are listed on their Camper Release Form. If you would like to add anyone to this list you have two options. 1. Add the new person by giving us a note that includes your daughter's name, the names of the new people to add, and your signature. 2. Email us before Monday, June 20th at 6:00pm and include both your daughter's name and the names of the new people you would like to add. Please do not email us after Monday because we can not check the email on site at camp. valleydaycamp@gmail.com
Medications at camp:
Please follow these links for GSWW policies and forms to allow our camp nurse to give your child any medications during camp. Please note that forms must be filled out prior to camp and that prescription medications require the form to be signed by a physician. The forms and medications (in original containers and in a Ziploc baggie with the child’s name) need to be given to the camp staff on the first day.
