We are very excited about camp! We have lots of fun planned to “Celebrate” our 10th year of Valley Day Camp, 100 years of Girl Scouting, and quite a few other fun things to celebrate too! We hope you will be able to join us!
Camp will be held Tuesday June 26th - Saturday June 30th
Registration Dates:
February 25 (evening) - Registration details and paperwork added to this site
February 27 - Registration begins for active registered Girl Scouts in Service Unit 441
March 1 - Registration begins for active registered Girl Scouts in other Service Units
March 8 - Registration begins for non-Girl Scouts
Registrations that are received early will be returned to sender. We will not hold them until the appropriate date.
Full time volunteers may reserve spaces for their campers right away by emailing us at ValleyDayCamp@gmail.com
To apply to be a PA or to take PA training you MUST include a PA Application with your registration. If you do not have an application please email us at ValleyDayCamp@gmail.com to get one. The application needs to be filled out by the PA/PAIT herself and will probably take 30-60 minutes.
PA registration is based on a variety of factors including; date of registration, application, past performance, and camp needs.
Camp Costs:
$100 for 1st-7th graders
$50 for 8th - 12th graders who have completed PA training
Full time volunteers get a 50% discount
Important Details:
Camp Dates are June 26th -30th at Lake Loutsis
Camp runs from 9:30-4:00 (for campers)
Children of Full Time Volunteers receive a 50% discount
We have a Boys Unit (1st-6th grades) for the sons of full time staff.
