Carpooling to and from camp is very critical to the success of our camp! One of the major factors that
limits the number of campers we can handle is the ability to get all the
vehicles in and out of camp in a safe and timely manner! This year we have over 20 more campers than
last year. This means we need more
carpooling than ever!
We BEG you to carpool! You could even meet up at Safeway and load up kids into one car. However you can make it work we need to combine multiple families into each vehicle.

Anyone
who will be picking your camper up from camp MUST be written in on the camper’s Pick-Up
Permission form (which you already submitted when you registered). If you would
like to add anyone to your pick up form please send us an email to ValleyDayCamp@gmail.com.
Please include your camper’s name in the subject line. The email needs to
contain the first and last name of anyone you would like to add to your form.
It would be very helpful if you could do this by Saturday, June 22nd.
