The cost of the event is $5 per person attending. This includes campers. We did not charge you for your camper’s
barbeque because at registration we could not be certain the weather would be
good enough for the event to be held. We
can only accept cash or checks.
If your camper or PA is not attending the barbeque you must
pick them up at 4:00.
If your camper is staying for the barbeque they will stay
with their unit after camp. Do NOT pick
them up at 4:00. Instead you need to
arrive between 4:30-4:45.
Upon arrival follow the directions given by our parking
volunteers. After parking please proceed
to your camper’s unit. If you have more
than one camper pick one to hang out with for this time. You will be reunited with your other camper
after the performance.
The Circus Extravaganza show will include performances from
each of our units as well as a flag ceremony led by Unit B. Following the show we will begin dismissing
units to go to dinner. At this time you
will sign out each of your campers then head to the cabana to pick out your
dinner.
After the performance each camper is the responsibility of
their own parent/chaperone. A few
important things to note are:
·
Lake Loutsis is private property owned by the
Loutsis family. They graciously host our
camp every year. We need to take
excellent care of the property in order to return next year.
·
The audience needs to refrain from talking
during the performances. Please respect
the performers and other audience members by being an attentive guest. This will also help the show to go more
quickly.
·
No one is allowed in the water, on the docks, or
to leave the main camp area (go on a hike etc.)
·
All campers and any other children must stay
with their parent/chaperone
·
All people, of any age, are expected to be on
their best behavior.
Once the Circus Extravaganza show has concluded your family
may leave at any time. You do not have
to stay for the dinner if you do not wish to.
See you tomorrow!
