Northwest Paleontological Association

Today the president of the Northwest Paleontological Association and several of their members came to share some amazing things with us.  They even brought a cast of a skull of Spiclypeous Shipporum, a recently discovered dinosaur from Montana.  This is the only one of it's kind that has been found.  It was really cool!

You can find our more about the association at www.nwpaleo.org  They have members of all ages!  Just ask your camper because one of their members who presented to us today is 8 years old!

We hope you all get to the Burke Museum this fall when they open in their new building (on UW campus in Seattle) which will house some really amazing exhibits!
