Registration has arrived!
You will find important paperwork details here. The age specific details and links to
paperwork are posted below in separate posts divided by age level.
Please do NOT double side your forms, we need each one on a
separate page.
Generally, 4-5 pieces of paper in an envelope need only one
regular postage stamp. If you have more
than this, or if your paper is thicker than standard, you will probably need to
add extra postage to be sure your registration gets to us right away.
All registrations must be mailed to us or given to us at the
live registration event on Sunday March 8th. Otherwise we do not have a physical location
where they can be dropped off. Our

If your registration is mailed we
will email you within 72 hours of receiving your registration to let you know
we have received it. Please be sure to
use an email address you check regularly as this is where we will send you any
camp emails.
For camp purposes
your daughter’s grade is the one she will be entering in the fall, not her
current grade. Forms are age specific. Be sure to use the link for
the correct age group in the posts below.
Many families find it convenient to have an extra camp shirt so
you don’t have to do laundry every night of camp. Additional camp shirts are
$9.00 for campers. They are $12.00 for PAs, PAITs, and
LIAs. Extra shirts are only available with your initial
registration.
Valley Day Camp is a volunteer run Girl Scout camp. All
campers, teens, and volunteers must be registered Girl Scouts. You can
use this link to join Girl Scouts. If you registered after
March 1st be sure to print your receipt to turn in with your registration.
Girl Scouts provides financial assistance grants for girls to go
to camp. If you qualify for free or reduced school lunches you'll qualify
for financial assistance for Girl Scouts too.
