You’ll need a sturdy flat surface to
build on.
I’ve noticed that some people put a
thin cloth, towel, or blanket down on their building surface to make it less
slippery for the cards.
You’ll also need “building materials”. If you don’t have a deck of playing cards try
Uno or Skipbo cards. They work
great. Also check in your other games
to see if they have cards. “Sorry”
usually has cards and other games might too.
Just be sure to put the cards back when you are done. Older cards often work better than brand new
cards. If the cards are glossy they will
be more slippery.
Start off by
practicing. Try out different ways to
make the cards hold themselves up by leaning on each other. Popular options are triangles or squares, but
those aren’t your only options. Try out
any ideas you have.
