We’re happy
to announce we are celebrating our 20th camp week this year! To kick off this extra special week we’re
hosting a special event on Saturday, June 24th from 3:30-4:30 and all
of our registered campers are invited!
This is an opportunity for campers and their families to get a peek into “How Our Camp Works” by…
- seeing the camp,
- meeting your Unit Leaders (adults and teens)
- getting your camp shirt
- meeting the other campers in your unit
- experiencing some camp activities
- asking any questions you might have
Important Details:
- This is not a “drop off event” so campers may not be dropped off, they must attend with an adult.
- Please arrive between 3:15 and 3:30.
- The event will end at 4:30.
- If it’s hot you might
want to bring water bottles.
Upon arrival our parking volunteers will direct you into the lanes that will be our drop off and pick up lanes during camp week. (At camp parents do not get out of the car, our leaders get the kids in and out of the cars for you.) For this event we will use this area as a parking loop so all cars will be blocked in and unable to leave until the event is over at 4:30.
After arrival we will sing some camp songs then split up into the appropriate units for some unit time. If you have campers in more than one unit you may want to bring more than one adult so an adult can go with each camper to their unit.
We hope you’ll be able to join us, but we totally understand if you can’t make it.
