T'was the Night Before Day Camp and all through the camp, All the creatures were stirring, especially the scouts.The unit signs were hung in units with care,In hopes that the campers would all soon be there!
Camp is almost here! Please be sure you are caught up on all of the information in all the posts below. I know it is a lot of detail, but it really helps camp run more smoothly and successfully for everyone.
I plan to update the blog daily so please be sure to check in here after 7:00 each evening to see what we did at camp and find out any new information we have to share. Please be patient with all of our adult volunteers and our wonderful teenagers too. We realize that you have a long and busy day and that drop off and pick up is time consuming. We do our best to be cheerful and courteous, please do the same for us. We have spent many, many hours of our own time and have put enormous amounts of effort and thought into making this camp a great summer event for the girls in our valley. Please honor our efforts by being kind to our volunteers!

Our camp days are busy and packed with fun. There are about 170 of us at camp so it can be very noisy too. (But it is the good, happy kind of noisy). If you must get a hold of us during the camp day please text us at __________. We will check for texts periodically throughout the day.
If your camper will be out for the day (sick, etc.) please text us in the morning to let us know.
Please note ALL additions to camper pick up forms must be sent to our email at ValleyDayCamp@gmail.com or added directly on the form by the camper's parent or guardian. We will check the email a couple of times during the day. We will not accept any additions to the form via text message.
