We still have our fingers crossed that we'll be able to host the barbecue tomorrow. We know the forecast shows showers all day, but Uncle Louie has given us permission to park in the grass if it isn't too wet.
I'll post an update and the details here tonight.
If we do get to have the barbecue campers who aren't staying will need to be picked up at the regular time. To stay for the barbecue campers must have someone (family or friend) who attends and is responsible for them. Our camp volunteers will be free to enjoy the event with their families.
PAs and PAITs who aren't staying for the event will need to be picked up in the camper pick up at 4:00.
